We are from various backgrounds and cultures and we intentionally created a fabric of unity and diversity that allows us to remain strong, resilient, and respectful towards every individual. We are like family and are very supportive of one another and are equally accountable to each other.

Ginni Mehta

General Manager

Ginni has eleven years of corporate experience as an administrative professional with experience in management, marketing and sales. Ambitious, dynamic and goal driven, she likes to get things done, believes in high productivity, quality and maximizing team efficiency.

At Okoko Cosmétiques, she oversees administrative duties, day-to-day business operations, account management, and making sure company goals are met.

Braden James

Director of Marketing

Braden comes to Okoko with over a decade of experience in digital marketing and online advertising. His passion for solving business problems through great digital strategy, coupled with his vast e-commerce experience, makes him a great addition to the Okoko team.

At Okoko Cosmétiques, he oversees “everything marketing” and is responsible for creating digital strategies which help drive performance at scale.

Natalia Lavaggi

Public Relations, Formulator, Customer Care

Natalia’s journey in the beauty industry began in 2002.

Her passion for healthy living comes from overcoming some of her own personal health challenges as a young adult and it continued to grow while she was in the beauty industry as a dermo cosmetic educator.

She has an extensive background in broadcasting, performing arts and modelling which she threads into her work today.

Daniella Fuentes

Production, Customer Care

Dani is a professional makeup artist and performer with several years of experience in the cosmetics industry.

Her passions include music, experiencing nature, laughing, and as she says herself “becoming everything I was created to be while cheering on others to do the same!”

Digital Marketing

Kwezi enjoys story-telling through developing websites and facilitating conversations on podcasts and social media.

At Okoko we are a family and are very supportive of one another. We are equally accountable to each other and believe in the brand's success and growth as long as we maintain the same vision and values as we work together through thick and thin. We all play a vital role and value each person's intentional contribution.


We don't give up! Each team member is expected to have a determined mindset. As a small entrepreneurial business, we are currently still building systems and frameworks as we scale rapidly. We need to work hard and consistently be able to achieve our goals and see our company thrive in a competitive market. We have overcome many challenges including a pandemic, and that has taken all of us to be able to be DETERMINED and realize the opportunity and capacity we truly have within ourselves if we pursue without giving up.
