Securing Your Ritual - Availability & Reservations
Each Maison OKOKO experience is prepared with great intention.
To preserve intimacy and ensure every detail is perfected for you, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
– A $100 deposit secures your standard ritual and is applied to your total on the day of your visit.
– For exclusive rituals such as the 24 K Gold Mask or Founder-Led Experiences, a 50 % retainer applies.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that your dedicated time may be offered to another guest.
Because each ritual is prepared especially for you, late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows result in the deposit being forfeited.

Each ritual is a sensory journey that combines performance skincare, gemstone therapy, and emotional renewal.
Is there anything I should know before my facial?
As our products contain high concentrations of naturally active ingredients, we recommend avoiding UV exposure directly before and after your treatment. Additionally, any form of injectables such as fillers or botox could be affected by massage treatment. For treatment efficacy and for health and safety purposes, we ask that our guests communicate (prior to your facial) if they have had any other intensive facial treatments, are pregnant or breastfeeding.
What if I feel uncomfortable or anxious?
Here at Okoko our treatments are a full wellness experience, and we want you to feel safe and comfortable. You are always welcome to voice any questions or concerns with our staff and we will do what we can to consider your needs to give you a positive and energizing experience with us.
Do you have services for males?
Yes! All of our facial treatments can be done to any person, regardless of gender. We do have a specially designed facial for men that focuses on exfoliation and facial hair treatment, but our products and services are accessible to everyone.
