SHIPPING POLICY

We are happy to offer free shipping on any full-size order (before taxes, standard shipping) within the U.S. and Canada. Orders within Canada and the U.S. are shipped fresh from our studio within 5 business days (please note that longer delays may occur during the holiday season).

Please note that OKOKO does not ship to P.O. boxes and is not responsible for returned items that were previously shipped to a P.O. box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES

We now offer international shipping. Standard shipping rates via Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, or other couriers will apply at checkout.

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other import fees may be charged by your local government upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and others may apply additional processing fees that must be paid by the recipient before the package is released.

We highly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid any unexpected charges.

OKOKO Cosmétiques is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional taxes, duties, or fees required by your country.

Each product is made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Please email info@okokocosmetiques.com if your order has special requirements.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At OKOKO Cosmétiques, we are committed to providing high-quality, effective skincare with maximum benefits for your skin. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and the uniqueness of each individual’s skin type and needs, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction.

If you have any questions about our products before purchasing, feel free to reach out to our team at customercare@okokocosmetiques.com. Our team will provide guidance based on your skincare concerns. Complimentary samples are also available with any purchase.

For damaged or defective items, please send a detailed note along with photos to customercare@okokocosmetiques.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace or refund your item.
